Kick-start your 2015 workout routine with our fit camp, held three
days each week.

What does it involve?

This eight-week fitness program offers:
  • Motivational training
  • Fitness instruction from a certified fitness trainer
  • Support and encouragement from other participants
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Strength and muscle toning
  • Cardio and interval training
  • Improvement in agility and flexibility

Adventure Fit Camp will be packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. By using randomized strength movements and cardiovascular training, you can get the lean, toned body you've always wanted. Adventure Fit Camp will combine cardio drills and muscle-conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout.

How much does it cost?

The cost is $350.


Spring Adventure Fit Camp: March 16-May 8

  • Early Morning Session
    5:30-6:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
  • Afternoon Session
    12:00-1:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • Late Afternoon Session
    4:30-5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Initial individual consultation and fitness test before the program starts

Final individual fitness test and evaluation after program ends

Receive an Adventure Fit Camp tank when the program is completed

Are you ready to get started?

Registration begins Monday, March 2. Call the Sanford Women's Health Center at (701) 323-6376 to register or stop at the front desk to schedule a consultation. You must be a Women’s Health Center (WHC) member to sign up. Non-members who decide to join the WHC and sign up for the camp will get their first month of membership free. Sign up early. Space is limited.
