Helping Hearts Dinner

Giving from the Heart…for the heart.

At Sanford Health in Bismarck, our cardiac team has a history of leading the way with new vision and smarter ways to treat heart disease. We developed the region's first Cardiac Cath Lab and first Cardiac Rehab Center and were the first to perform open heart surgery. Our team of cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons are proven innovators in the treatment and prevention of heart disease. By coupling life-saving technology with expertly trained, board-certified physicians, Sanford Health is proud to offer one of the most progressive heart programs in the country with medical and surgical outcomes that outperform regional and national standards.

The Helping Hearts Dinner was held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Radisson Hotel to raise funds for the Heart Center of Excellence Endowment Fund to ensure that Sanford Heart continues to be a leader in heart care. Guests in attendance enjoyed artisan Indian Cuisine catered from Fargo, beautiful entertainment, the physician talent show, and inspirational patient stories.

Over $70,000 was raised and with the dollar-for-dollar match from Sanford Health, over $140,000 will be given to the Sanford Bismarck Heart Center of Excellence Endowment Fund! Please know that because of your heartfelt support, our health care professionals will be able to deliver innovative treatments in the field of cardiology. This endowment will strengthen patient programs and services for generations to come insuring your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren will have the finest medical care available right here in Bismarck/Mandan.
