Center Spinning® program is the area's most
popular group cycling class. Led by fitness and
cycling expert Melanie Carvell, our Spinning instructors
are trained to provide fun workouts in an incredibly
motivating group environment with music that begs
your legs to pedal.
In addition to Spinning classes the Women's Health
Center offers low-impact aerobics, step aerobics,
yoga, Pilates and Group Power® classes, all
of which are open to men and women.

Carvell, director, is a registered physical therapist.
She provides direction and education for the staff
as well as teaching fitness classes and providing
