Medcenter One Q&R Clinic

Q&R Clinic is considered to be the second oldest medical clinic in the United States, following Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. It was founded by Drs. Eric P. Quain and Niles O. Ramstad in 1902.

Q&R Clinic staff members have been pioneers in many techniques, procedures, equipment and medicines. In fact, Dr. Quain brought the first supply of novocaine to the United States for use as local anesthesia.

Q&R Clinic provides dedicated, quality patient care in specialty areas ranging from asthma to transplant surgery. As a part of Medcenter One, Q&R Clinic is directly linked to a fully integrated healthcare system that includes the largest group of primary care doctors in the region, long-term care facilities, a home health agency, a Level II trauma center and multiple hospital affiliations.
