The Medcenter One Pharmacy is located at the north end of the main lobby. After receiving a prescription from a physician at Medcenter One Q&R Clinic, we invite you to stop in and have it filled as you leave. We also offer online medication refill requests. All information regarding your pharmaceutical purchases will be kept in the strictest confidence. Medcenter One assures their customers that no personal information will be released without their approval. Frequently asked questionsAfter placing my order online, how can I get my filled prescription?Orders placed by noon will arrive in your mail the following day. All other orders will take two days to deliver.What are the shipping rates for pharmacy orders?Medcenter One will ship your prescription to your mailbox. If the medication can be sent in a prescription bottle, it will be sent free of charge. Larger orders that require packaging are subject to a $2.50 shipping fee. Prescriptions that have special shipping requirements, such as refrigeration, will be subject to $5 shipping fee.Are the transactions I perform online secure?The prescription and credit card information you provide will be sent directly to a Medcenter One pharmacist. Your information will only be available to the pharmacist who fills your order. Can I fill new prescriptions online?Due to government regulations and the sensitive nature of patient/physician/pharmacist relationship, filling new prescriptions online is not available at this time. In the event the policy changes, we will notify our customers.How do I use my insurance prescription plan online?If you have had a prescription filled with us in the past, Medcenter One still has that information on file and will automatically apply it to your order.Who can access my health record online?Only the pharmacists can access your records. Medcenter One works hard to maintain confidentiality for our customers. All information regarding your pharmaceutical purchases will be kept in the strictest confidence. How can I pay for an order placed online?Medcenter One accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
