Medcenter One Pain Management


Medcenter One Pain Management is a full-time practice created to assist those patients who suffer from acute and/or chronic pain. Effective pain management can expedite rehabilitation processes in certain cases and dramatically increase the quality of life in others.

Medcenter One Pain Management specializes in helping patients who suffer pain from various causes including arthritis, cancer, chronic pain syndrome, necks, backs, accidents, strokes and surgeries.

Procedures include:
  • Fluoroscopically guided injections
  • Nerve blocks
  • Epidural injections
  • Intradiscal electrothermal therapy (IDET)
  • Trigger point injections
  • Implantable devices for intractable pain
  • Radiofrequency lesioning

Prescription refill

Prescriptions are filled Monday through Thursday only

If you are picking up your prescription, allow 24 hours for it to be filled. If you are having it mailed to you, allow four days.

For a prescription refill, please call 701.323.8555. Provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Birth date
  • Name of medication
  • Dosage
  • Preferred pharmacy if you are not picking up the prescription from Pain Manageement

Prescriptions can be picked up:

  • Noon—4:30 p.m. Monday
  • 8:30 a.m.—4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday
  • 8:30—11:30 a.m. Friday

You will not receive a confirmation call if you leave a message with a request unless a nurse has a question about your message
