1909: Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing is established.
 
1912: Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing graduates first class.
 
1982: The new Bismarck Hospital School of Nursing building is completed. It is a National League of Nursing accredited three-year diploma program.
 
1988: The Medcenter One College of Nursing becomes the first and only hospital-based nursing program in the state to be approved for college status and to be awarded a baccalaureate degree in nursing.
 
1991: Medcenter One College of Nursing receives full five-year accreditation from the National League of Nursing.
 
1997: Medcenter One Foundation and the College of Nursing establish the CON Endowment Fund.

1999:

Medcenter One Foundation and the College of Nursing dedicate the "Founders Circle" to recognize charter members who donate $1000 or more.

Medcenter One Foundation and the College of Nursing announce Operation 2000, a $200,000 scholarship campaign for the College of Nursing.

 
2001:

The Bill and Isabelle Krueger Scholarship is established at the College of Nursing.

The College of Nursing Founder's Society Annual Giving Program is established.

The College of Nursing establishes the Marilyn Bry Scholarship.

Medcenter One begins its Nursing Intern Program.

 
2003: Medcenter One begins its Nursing Residency Program.
   
2005: The R.G. and Lorraine Bollinger Lyngstad Scholarship is established at the College of Nursing.
