Keeping in step: formerly conjoined twins enter toddler stage

 

Twins Madysen and Abygail Fitterer, born Aug. 8, 2006, conjoined at the chest, are progressing by leaps and bounds after their successful separation surgery. The young man in the photos is Abygail and Madysen's older brother, Nick.
