The mission of the Medcenter One Foundation is to “strengthen relationships that foster philanthropy: the love of humankind.”
As the fundraising arm of Medcenter One Healthcare Systems, Inc., the Foundation strives to build financial support through special events, annual memberships, direct mail appeals, major gift and capital campaigns and planned gifts.
Support through the Foundation helps ensure that Medcenter One will be ready and able to provide extraordinary healthcare to the residents of our service area. Gifts to the Foundation can be in many forms:
- Consider a tribute gift to honor or memorialize someone special.
- Become an annual member through our “Give to Life” program.
- Become a volunteer and work to plan and implement one of our three special events; the Great American Bike Race, the Meddy Bear Golf Classic or Savor the Flavor. Or, you can participate in one or more events.
- Commit to “One Club” membership by pledging $1000 to a program of your choice or by including Medcenter One or the Medcenter One College of Nursing in your will for a legacy gift in the amount of $5000 or more.
- Establish a named scholarship at the Medcenter One College of Nursing or support the future of the college with a gift to their endowment fund
- Earn a guaranteed lifetime income by establishing a Charitable Gift Annuity through the Medcenter One Foundation.
- Leave a legacy gift designated to Medcenter One or the Medcenter One College of Nursing.
