Dr. Ted Fogarty, a radiologist at Medcenter One, has been appointed chairman of the Department of Radiology at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Dr. Brent Bruderer, a board-certified surgeon at Medcenter One, was recently certified to perform Lap-Band® adjustable gastric banding surgery. The Lap-Band System is an adjustable gastric band designed to help obese patients lose excess body weight and improve weight-related health conditions. Dr. Bruderer also has advanced training in the Roux-en Y gastric bypass procedure.
