The mission of the Diabetes Care Center is to make a difference in the lives of our clients by achieving the best possible outcomes through ongoing education and support. The need for a quality Diabetes Care Center is greater today than ever before. Medcenter One pioneered diabetes education and management programs in North Dakota 25 years ago. In fact, in the past 40 years, the number of cases of diabetes has increased from 1.5 million to more than eight million. The Medcenter One Diabetes Care Center was developed to help prevent and delay the onset of diabetes and its complications by providing a team approach to diabetes self management. Come join us, and let's work together to take control of your diabetes so it doesn't take control of you. Diabetes Care Center receives quality certificateThe Medcenter One Diabetes Care Center was recently awarded the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Education Recognition Certificate for a quality diabetes self-management education program. Programs that achieve the ADA’s recognition status have a staff of knowledgeable health professionals who can provide participants with comprehensive information about diabetes management. Medcenter One’s diabetes care program was originally recognized in 1992 and has successfully maintained the certificate for 16 years. top |
