General informationHow to get startedMedcenter One College of Nursing welcomes applications from all qualified individuals interested in pursuing a career in nursing. Applicants are considered on the basis of scholastic ability and achievement, maturity and integrity. To be considered for admission, an applicant must have completed or be enrolled in the required general education prerequisites. Applicants will be accepted until classes are filled. Academic yearThe academic year at the Medcenter One College of Nursing is divided into two semesters, each approximately 15 weeks in length. The fall semester begins near the end of August and ends before Christmas. The spring semester begins in January and ends in May.
