Directions from Medcenter One Q&R Clinic

• Exit the building at the front entrance of Medcenter One Q&R Clinic
• Walk directly across the street to the Bone, Spine, Sports Clinic
• Enter the Bone, Spine, Sports Clinic on the east side of the building
• Take the elevator to the second floor

Driving directions eastbound on I-94:

• Take the US-83 N. Exit—Exit 159—toward Bismarck/Minot
• Turn right onto State St.—continue south
• Turn left onto N. 7th St.—continue south
• Turn left onto Thayer Ave.—the clinic will be on your right

Driving directions westbound on I-94:

• Take the US-83 N. Exit—Exit 159—toward Bismarck/Minot
• Turn left onto State St.—continue south
• Turn left onto N. 7th St.—continue south
• Turn left onto Thayer Ave.—the clinic will be on your right

Driving directions from south Bismarck

• Starting at S. 3rd St. and Bismarck Expressway intersection—head east
• Turn left onto S. 9th St.—continue north
• Turn left onto Thayer Ave.—the clinic will be on your left

Parking

Parking is provided free of charge. The parking lot is located on the east side of the Bone, Spine, Sports Clinic. You can enter the parking lot from Eighth Street or Thayer Avenue.
